Yes, we are pleased with this review in the Dallas News, by Mark Vanos – and the great photos by Stewart House!
We especially like the lines:
“a refined take on Cajun and Creole cooking, with things like crêpes and quiche thrown in for good measure,”
“a lunch special featured beautiful sea scallops sautéed to just the moment of tender doneness — no mean feat with this fragile flesh,”
“[a] gracious presence in the restaurant, her staff is friendly and attentive and there are lots of nice touches, like fresh flowers on every table, hot corn muffins and yeasty rolls, and bottles of agave syrup for sweetening your iced tea”
